CPC

The CPC (Chain Punch Counter) is an optical device for martial artists. It can count the so called "Chain Punches" - a technique from the Wing Tsun Kung Fu martial arts.

There is an optical sensor. The student simply applies the chain punches between the CPC and a light source.

There are two modes. The simple counting mode displayes how many chain punches were made. The key feature is a 10 second timed mode. The student applies the chain punches as fast as he can. The CPC then makes a beep when the 10 seconds are over and displays the average number of punches per second. WingTsun Masters are able to aplly up to 12 full force punches in one second!
